I just wanted to get this one out there. It is the last ‘daily’ post on our American adventures, after this it will be a ‘weekly’ post which will be a lot longer, a lot busier, and a lot more epic (I hope).
I am currently sitting in my mother-in-law’s kitchen, snacking on cheese, chips, and diet coke and feeling sorry for myself.
Even though I’m not a gambler, there are a million and one things to do in Vegas. Shows, site-seeing, shopping; the possibilities are endless. You can (and we did) waste an entire day just exploring your own hotel. Here is a recap of our first full day.
Ok, so I made the mistake of reading ahead in my old travel blog, and now I just want to get the early days over to get to the nitty gritty stuff! Couldn’t go past what turned out to be the best day in San Fran, however.
The next instalment on our Epic America’s Trip, way back in 2014. If you haven’t already, check out part one in this series here. This one’s a bit more mundane, and to be honest the excitement doesn’t really start for another week or two, but I’d hate to miss out on anything!
Today was a very special day. We put on our togs, packed up the dogs, and took the hour and a half drive to the Sunshine Coast. Our destination – Marcus Beach, a dog-friendly beach 129Km north of Brisbane.
